Terms of service

If you want to hire me, you must read and accept the following terms of service.
-I will only work with people +18.
- If you wish, you can cancel the commission if you have not made the payment.
-Write in proper English, please. My main language is not English, it's Spanish.
-I will not accept character that don’t belong to the commissioner without explicit permission (except in the case of selfies of groups of players).
-NO REFUNDS. However, compensations are made that can range from sketch to a full color illustration.◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ᴥ ORDERING PROCESS ᴥ
-All my prices are in USD. A conversion can be made to CLP.
-It is mandatory to pay half of the total price (50%) of your commission to start working on it.
- I have the right to reject your commission if I feel uncomfortable with your idea.
-I only accept Paypal for the payment of commissions outside of Chile. For Chileans, payment is accepted by transfer to my bank account.
-All my prices listed are a just a base that might seem increased due to character and/or prop(s) complexity.
-I don't make refunds.
-Any change to the drawing must be in the sketch stage, and if it is a change in the lineart will be charged.
-To deliver the final file(s), you have to deposit the second half (50%) of the agreed price.◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ᴥ IMPORTANT ᴥ
-Commission times vary depending on current workload. Delivery time can vary between 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on the time available and the complexity of your idea.
-If you want delivery within a certain time, or before a certain date, there will be an extra charge (Increase of the base price from 30% up to 100%).
-If I have any problems delivering your commission on time, you will be informed.◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ᴥ I WILL DRAW ᴥ
-Dungeons and Dragons/Other role game characters, any races. If you have a custom race, i will draw them too.
-Anthropomorphic animals, any species.
-Fantasy characters, animals and creatures.
-Fan art, but in my style.
-Simple backgrounds.

-NSFW. Maybe you can ask.
-Anime style.
-Mechas.

-I need good references of your character, both his physical appearance and his personality. I ask that you give all the references of the characters that I consider relevant to work on and develop the characters. Please be as specific as possible.
-Some references that may helps are personality, colors, clothing, age, specie/race.
-You can send several images to use as reference, from species, pose, colours, clothing or attitude.◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ᴥ SKETCHES/WORK METHOD ᴥ
-After receiving the first payment (50%), you will receive 2 ideas of your character within 7 business days.
-After choosing an idea, I will make your sketch. At this point is when a maximum of 3 big changes can be made. Think carefully about what you want to adjust in your commission.
-After these reviews, the sketch will be approved. ONCE THE LINEART IS STARTED, NO BIG CHANGES ARE ACCEPTED, except for VERY small details.
-If you want a major change in this stage, you will be charged an additional fee.
-If you chose a commission with a flat or detailed color, CHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE TO THE BASE COLOR.
-Screenshots of your commission will be sent to you.
-IMPORTANT. Respect my times. Don't rush me.◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ᴥ WORKING HOURS ᴥ
-Work hours will be between 10 am to 8 pm (GTM -4, Santiago de Chile) depending on my availability.
-I will not work on holidays. However, I may contact you on weekends.◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ᴥ CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS POLICY ᴥ
-NO REFUNDS. However, compensations are made that can range from sketch to a full color illustration.
-You do not have the right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after receiving payment.
-If the money has not yet been sent, the commission agent has the right to cancel the commission.◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊◊ᴥCOPYRIGHT AND HARRASMENT ᴥ
- You can not edit / alter / change my work without my explicit permission.
-The copyright of all artwork remains with me, i.e. the drawing itself. However, I will not keep your character design. It's your creative process the concept and under no circumstances will I take it as part of my OC's.
-You may not use my work in to make profit. This includes but is not limited to prints, stickers, logos, etc.
-You can use your illustration for personal use, such as using it as a token, or a print for yourself. If you upload the illustration to your social media, you MUST give me credit.
-I reserve the right to convert any of my artwork into prints for resale. This includes commissions. If you do not wish your artwork to be turned into a product, a commission will be charged. However, as they will be characters that do not belong to me, it would be very rare to use them as a basis for merchandising.This includes commissions. If you wish to not have your piece made into a print, there will be a commission fee.
-The purchase of commercial rights to the work of art will always be 300% of the original price. With commercial rights, you can make any type of merchandise with the artwork.
-Access to the original files (example.clip) will not be given. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Harassment, or very hostile behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. This will lead to being blacklisted, blocked, and your commission will be refunded (minus any work already done).

These are the BASE prices. Depending on the complexity or details, the price may vary.

Token

The face of your character, ideal for use in tokens to online role-playing games.
-Flat color: USD $20 / $18.000 CLP

Lineart

Your character's lineart, with a flat fill colour.
-Half body: USD $20 / $18.000 CLP

Flat Color

Your painted character with simple coloring in flat tones.

Your painted character. Includes basic lights and shadows.

Your character painted with detailed shadows and lights.

-Funds: I only do simple backgrounds. Depending on your idea, it can vary between USD $10 and USD $25 / $7.000 to $22.000 CLP. If you prefer a proper modified free license photo, $5 USD / $3.000 CLP.
-Wings: USD $6 / $5.000 CLP.
-Clothes / armour / extra limbs / very complex character design: USD $10 / $9.000 CLP

Reference Sheet

The base reference sheet includes:
-1 Full Body lineart pose with flat colors.
-2 Headshoot expressions with flat colors.
-Simple lineart of the outfit. Front and back view.
-Eye detail.
-Up to 3 outfit details / props.
-Color Palette.

Group Selfie

A selfie of your group of characters. Recommended for roleplay game teams.
-Flat coloring.
-The most that will be seen of some characters will be up to the chest.
Price starts at $45 USD /42.000 CLP.
(For a group of three adventurers, plain colors and simple background)
NPCs, pets, familiars and beasts are also considered as characters.Extras
- From 4th character, +13 USD / $11.500 CLP each (Up to a maximum of 6 total characters).
- From 7th character, +16 USD / $14.500 CLP each (Up to a maximum of 9 total characters).
-From 10th character, +20 USD / $18.000 CLP each (Up to a maximum of 12 total characters).
-Little animals or familiars + 7 USD / $5.500 CLP each.
EACH NPC, MEDIUM/BIG ANIMALS AND CREATURES COUNTS AS ONE CHARACTER.-Simple shadows +30% base price per number of characters.
-Coloring with full rendering +60% base price per number of characters.
- Complex background +10 USD / $9.000 CLP.
